Landing Chef Steve James purchases Certified Black Angus Beef for all of The Landing's "New York" sirloin steaks, steak tips, and hamburgs. Only the US Department of Agriculture certifies beef as Black Angus under a rigorous inspection program, and only 8% of beef meets the Black Angus requirement. How about Local, Fresh Seafood?
