Try One Of Our New Signature Cocktails! The "Illuminator" is here... Inspired by the Harbor Illumination on the 4th of July, this cocktail is full of fireworks with two types of Goslings Rum. Original Black Seal and Gold rum create the spark in this drink with a touch of ameretto and pineapple juice.
Featured Recipe! DUCK and CIOPPINNO The duck is pan seared and oven roasted with wild mushrooms. Accompanied by a polenta timbale and a rich chassuer sauce. The Cioppinno is a bounty of seafood in a tomato fish broth with toast points and rouille (a garlic aioli).

It's also the conclusion of our Golden Glass Initiative - for every glass of fellow Marbleheader Ed Barker's "ranga.ranga" Sauvignon Blanc or Arona that you bought at The Landing or the Dolphin Yacht Club, one dollar is being donated to the "Sail, Challenge, Inspire" charity.
