Captain Will is back behind the helm and ready to take us out on a harbor tour.
We go out for a one and a quarter hour spin thru Marblehead, Salem and Manchester Harbors and if the weather is super nice we get close to the islands around Marblehead. There is a bar on board to enjoy your favorite libations, (of course we suggest the
"Dark & Stormy"), and plenty of seating under the canopy. You can ask Will and his staff questions about the waterfront and Maritime History of the area.
We like to say, "learn about pirates in Salem, drink with them in Marblehead".

"Yes it's Summer, Summertime is Here.
Yes it's Summer, Our Time of Year"
Well we've waited all winter for these glorious days and the weather is cooperating 100%. The deck has been bustling each day and the perfect nights as the moon has supplied the lighting. The pub will be rocking on the weekend of the 4th with The Merj on Friday and Plan B on Saturday. Sunday night the Harbor Illumination will amaze you as we wait for the Fireworks. Join us for some great food and fun. Happy Independence Weekend.
Wine Makers Visits
Marblehead
Tyson Wolf, wine maker at Rutherford Wines in Napa stopped by with Scotty Bowen from Carolina Wines to tell us about his reserve Cabernet. We will have it on our Special List and i'm sure you'll enjoy the "fruit forward" flavors of this lush Napa Cab. Tyson, on the right, has been with the winery for 8 years and is considered one of the finest winemakers in the valley. Now that's a nice job and a wonderful way to make people happy. Cheers!

Ribbon Cutting...
A Fun Night in the Pub
 
Julia from V.D.A Productions shows off one of their jelly bean flowers at the recent ribbon cutting for her company. Along with the flower child was the Golf Dart game in the Pub that had everyone trying to hit the bullseye. Isn't that Tom from Marblehead Concierge? When he's not doing jobs for people on the go he finds time to relax and play a little golf, (in the Landing Pub). That was a fun night.
I wonder if they have a bowling alley for next time....HMMMMMM

Shrimp Risotto
Four Colossal Shrimp tossed in a lemon Dijon vinaigrette and slow roasted. Served with risotto Milanese and buerre blanc sauce.
Garnished with Asparagus.
Quickly becoming a favorite dinner item in the Dining Room or on our Deck.
Pair this with one of our fine Chardonnays
such as Sonoma Cutrer or Morgan.

Welcome Back!
The Constantines, John and Judy, have been coming to The Landing for years and have since moved to Florida. However, they make a special pilgrimage each year to visit friends and of course have dinner with us and share the love with Wendy and Robert.
Great to have them here and we wish them a safe return. See you again next year.
